Having established such fine successes in India where he was named Best Chef In India in 2013, celebrated Chef Saha now serves up a kaleidoscope of colourful Indian flavours. Be it the Kerala Vegetable Istew Espuma with Citrus Pudding or Jaipur Style Crispy Okra with Moong Lentil Khichri, Coriander and Mint, every single dish is a culinary revelation. With the aim of “tantalising both palate and mind”, it is no wonder that the character and vibrancy of the dishes are never compromised, and the tasting menu changed every fortnight to ensure Chef Saha’s creativity and skills are always sparked to create a culinary flourish.
