Perched atop Singapore’s tallest hotel, Swissôtel The Stamford is a culinary gem, JAAN. As an intimate 40-seater, the space is an exercise in opulence: the entire length of its ceiling is covered by a single Murano crystal and silver free-form chandelier, making the establishment a true jewel of sorts. The beauty of the chandelier is only outdone by two things: the breathtaking view of Singapore’s scenic landscape and a truly exquisite culinary experience that has become the hallmark of this multi-award winning restaurant.
Helmed by Chef de Cuisine Kirk Westaway, the much raved about menu is prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients that highlight an evolving interpretation of Artisanal cuisine. Savour in a refined plethora of signatures including Crayfish Zucchini, Farmer’s Harvest with Carrasco Ham, Forest Pigeon with Coarse Polenta and end off on a sweet note of Roasted French Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Be prepared to also indulge in a range of nearly 500 different labels of old and new world wines that will undoubtedly complement the meal.
