Under Celebrity Chef Hal Yamashita’s charge, Syun sources its Kobe beef and other seasonal produce only from particular regions well known for providing only the best.
For instance, the restaurant would only accept the finest and freshest from the likes of Awaji Island and the Tanba area in Hyogo Prefecture. With such fresh premium ingredients as the base, traditional Kobe recipes are reinvented and given a modern twist to coax out a unique poetry of flavours.
